CHALLENGE:

Design bespoke and standard material handling and processing equipment for the food industry.

PROCESS:

The designs incorporated largely sheet metal components using laser cutting and CNC bending.  Using sheet metal CAD software, all laser-cut flat patterns were automatically created in DXF format. Complex profiles were designed to minimise welding and fabrication, resulting in reduced time and cost.
